English Language Learner (ELL)
The English Language Learner (ELL) program is designed to promote student success in school by providing instruction in the development of listening, speaking, vocabulary, reading, writing skills, and grammar in the English language. To ensure that all students in the program learn English as quickly as possible, and to comply with Proposition 203 regulations, all ELL instruction in the Mayer Unified School District is taught in English.
